Returns & Refunds

Unused, unused-condition stock items may be returned within a stated window after delivery, subject to inspection. Personalized or customized goods (name, logo, idol, branded pens, notebooks, bottles) are generally not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method. Payment status and fulfilment status are tracked separately.
